Journalism for Jersey Telecom

Jersey Telecom produces Bluesource magazine as a way of keeping its business customers informed of new products and services. A Guernsey edition provides the same service for business customers of mobile operator Wave.

The magazine includes case studies, news and detailed information about products and services that can help the company's customers to improve their operations.

I write all the articles for both the editions. This can involve writing readable articles about fairly 'dense' subject matter - such as structured cabling - as well as lighter pieces, for example an interview with the owner of a sandwich shop for a piece on his latest business award.

While keeping the pieces informative, I also, of course, help the company to sell its products and services. The tone has to be informative, friendly, professional and helpful - all of which helps to build the Jersey Telecom and Wave brands.
