Website for insurance companyA local design agency in Exeter, Devon, asked me to help them with the copy for a website for an insurance company in the city. RK Shipman specialise in providing tailored insurance and financial advice. The copy needed to be clear and succinct, and targetted at specific audiences. The company also wanted it to be fresher and more modern than their existing literature. In particular, I realised that the company, like so many, was prone to writing about their services, rather than focusing on the benefits for the customer. I tried to make sure the copy focused on the customer's concerns first and foremost. You can see the results here.
